Despite two service visits, the problems remain unresolved. The service team even admitted the battery was underpowered.
To make matters worse, I later discovered the bike was manufactured in May 2022 — sold nearly 3 years later at full price, without any disclosure.
Poor transparency and after-sales support. Please avoid buying from Ridhi Motor. Think twice before trusting this dealer.
