On Friday 02.12.22 the digital speedo meter display not worked and i called over phone to royapuram office, they replied take your vehicle. on Saturday 03.12.22 i was taken the vehicle to royapuram around 2.30 P.M. and the officials informed the Manager was in lunch, he came back by 3.00 P.M. and told me to contact the service incharge. Already service Incharge inspected the vehicle and he informed, that the rubber bush not available hence the water lacked and the digital display is not working. Also he told on Monday 05.12.22 will call and inform whether it can be covered under warranty or not. But still now i have not received any reply from the service Incharges.
In the mean time i gave a compliant to Hero Customer care through Telecon and e-mail on 03.12.22. On the same day i received a call from Mr. Arun Service Incharge and asked all the details and he told "WHY YOU GAVE A COMPLIANT TO CUSTOMER CARE, NOW YOU CAN APPROCH THEM AND GET THE SERVICE.
Now i have not received any reply from the Dealer Point as well as Customer care.
We requested your self kindly arrange to change the defective spares at the earliest and give a reply for your further improvement.

for 2 year insurance.. normally mohana they use to give gift pack for continue customer on service. So, I request they but they reject say no any gift.
My previous insurance with ICICI LOMBARD, but without my knowledge they nenewaled my insurance with HDFC.. which I lose my continuous with ICICI .
Atlast I request they to do my vehicle water wash free service as a gift to customer .. they rejected..
No staff have proper customer relationships communications in wall tax road..
They have to learn from royapuram mohana auto branch..
