I have given my vehicle for re-service on 30/05/2018 because they have not done previous service properly. The basic stuff like break (i was told that liner is gone...so had to get it replaced with new one) the wheel got jammed after replacing liner so had to come again for this silly thing and guess what, they now said that it is because of bearing (P.S I had to agree for this since I am not a technician) and gave it for bearing replacement in the morning. they promised me that they will deliver it by evening and I have received a call saying that I can collect my vehicle. I reached around 5pm and to my surprise I was told that my vehicle went for trial check after paying my bill. So I waited for half an hour and they were saying the same thing. I got frustrated and informed them that they have to return my vehicle to my place and left(I know some of their employee taken my vehicle for his personal use since no one will do trial check for one hour).
Later, that guy turned up to my place and when I asked about him this then he was like we had gone for trial only and not that we used it for personally.
I would suggest all viewers not to hand over your vehicle to them at any cost (its not just about they use it but if they meet with any accident then you will be in big trouble....I have to go police station and check if they have caused any such trouble)
I would never recommend this centre to anyone since their service is pathetic just like them who make you people go again and again for small issues even after service is done as per them.
I am posting this wherever possible to make people aware of such things.
