Today I visited service center to do below activities -
1 - Normal Service
2 - Oil Change
3 - Barring Change - Rear Wheel
4 - Clutch plate change
5 - Speed Meter Cable change
Bike was handed over to concern as on 02.05.2018 at 10:30 morning
Service Acknowledgment shows me time to get back is 4:00 PM
I called the service center at 5:00 PM, The executive informed me that bike is still under service, need at least 1 more hour to complete the same.
I called again at 5:45 to get the update on service of my bike
He again informed me that still under service
I called again at 6:15 to know the status, They informed me that Your bike is ready and you can collect the same within half an hour as Service center closing is at 7:00 PM
I visited the service center and shocked to see my bike lying there as it was in the morning, even no one touched them.
They just make me fool by taking time for to complete the service of my bike.. I mat a person named - Jigarbhai who told me to came tomorrow morning will personally take care of your service.
But what else I say to him, these all things are done under his supervision.
I don't ask the name of the person who gave me these all information on call. but really the place is not good to refer to any anyone for at lease service, the are just making people fool...
Its my personal experience... may be they are good to others.
