His all staff are really very irresponsible with customer even manager also.They charged over priced.
No proper documentation, they update wrong information in document & disagree to correct.
Never try to buy new bike or any kind of service from this. Definitely they do wrong & would be irresponsible.
If anyone though to purchase bike from this agency, kindly change change your plan and see another showroom. Don't give preference to Singla automobile. There are all no customer value. Staff are very bad and actually sale manager is completely fraud.

At your Singla showroom staff don't know how to work, duty and customer setisfaction, if I personally talk about my Experience it's very wrost and Horrible first of all when I visit your show room your sales advisor don't know his price list he change Amount and difference Rs 6000 at total amount when I choose splender plus bike, Second they all are very slow about his duty,they waste my 2 hour atleast after final payment for paper work, third manager Davender and your sales person clearly told that 4 things are free - Halmet, foot guard , Indication alarm, and Halmet lock bt after 40 days when I came for collecting number plate he added Rs 858 Halmet charges , at my word if Halmet is free then free means 0 Rs ,then how you added his price at total Invoice, or you are regular sales your product you know how to deal with customers bt why they not explained his terms and conditions at first time, Next they never call or mail or not inform me about my number plate after 40 Days I went your show room for only cross verification then my number plate is allready arrived at his show room bt they never try to inform me they all are very foolish and rude behaviour person.. I never come at hero shop at anywhere and I m really very upset.
