Very worst service, i never seen ever, i dont know why they are cheating the customers. i think they dont have experience service person,
i given my honda deo on dec 15,2021, main issue is suspension sound , they confirm me issue short out and charged Rs.2900/-, again i given to them on Jan 5, 2022, confirm they same suspension issue they told the reason that customer asked immediate service . they charged Rs.2300/- ( material are battery changed - ok ) but indicator not working , i realy upset with this idiots, Hasan honda service waste on money and time

They do not service properly. just water wash.
I took an Activa 4G from them one year not completed.I am facing too much problem
1. by kicker I cannot able to start
2. During running, time engine stop automatically
3. always engine sound is different

These are the major problem I am facing with them.Please think twice and thrice before going to showroom
I am planning to go Consumer court .............friend please help and suggest me in this regards

The telephone numbers in the website are never picked up by anyone. No customer service. The salesperson are not providing information on delivery of vehicle and all.

Don't go to hasan honda, they treat the customer very worstly, especially i had a bad exp with the counsellor (meera), she never responded properly and talking rudly, we cannot expect Respect from her. they concentrate on money and not on the customer. they asked to pay money without seeing bike and also not delivered within the give time(i booked honda hornet special edition, given commitment 10 days but delivered after 40 days)... i suggest not to go to this showroom. worst worst very worst customer service.
