Pathetic customer service with staff who don't know how to talk to a customer. I had called them regarding a service and was asked to come. I had to come from 60kms afar, which I had informed them. They told me to come and when I reached there, I was told that they already have too many vehicles for service today and that I can come tomorrow or leave my bike and go (there is no other transport during this partial lockdown) . When asked why I wasn't conveyed this over phone, they told me that they told me to come 'just like that'. I was asked why I cant get it serviced in some other showroom. What do you people think? You make me travel 60kms for nothing and have the audacity to talk like this. The staff argued and talked rudely. Really pathetic.
