>Your staff is totally unprofessional as they behave like stubborn .
>Despite of fact HERO company provide online booking system for servicing of motor vehicle ,,your agency doesn't validate it .
I booked my bike servicing through online system ,and accordingly I present this proof to your concern staff .But he clearly deny to accept it and direct me roodhly to booked through stand in queue at counter .
I request him again and again to accept it as proof of booking but he behave with me like he is likely to fight with me .
My concern is if you are not following company guidelines,then why should not make acknowledge to the company about invalidating of company norms .
>I lodge complain to company regarding above mentioned concern ,and then come to your agency and then your staff again misbehaving with me .He was shouting on me on the point why you lodged complain to company .Even he had threaten me .
>My requisition is "implement the company policy substantially and legally "otherwise asked to your company ,that you are unable to implement company policy .
