I purchased scooty on 09 oct 2024. It's very agency to deal with the customers. Very prices are hidden. When I require for the things, no body was guiding for any things. This agency has put inexperienced mechanics for servicing. Every now and then , they ask for money even in free services given by company. I got my RC on 27 Feb 25 after going to the agency for five visits. Even though it was printed on 09 January 25.
I recommend strongly that this agency should be closed, because it is discouraging and disappointing the customers. The behavior of working staff is very rude. When I requested for RC then she asked for chalan then I requested that I have to go to home as I'm 60 yrs old . But Reply was that RC will be given only when you produce challan copy . I got astonished how Honda company gave agency to such franchise.
I say , it's worst in all the ways .

इस सर्विस सेंटर से कोई भी गाड़ी ना खरीदे इनसे बचे ये बहुत बड़े स्तर के फ्रॉड है और अगर आप ले भी लेते है तो उसमे कोई ना कोई पार्ट गायब होता है जो कि आप को बाद मे पता चलता है और जब आप इनसे बात करोगे तो ये लोग लड़ने के लिए तैयार हो जाते है और सर्विसिंग मे भी गलत चार्ज करते है ज्यादा तर वहां एक मोटी भैस बुद्धी की लेडिज है जो आगे आ के फाइट करती है इस लिए कि कोई लेडिज से नहीं लगेगा
Please avoid to this seller they are very very fraud and cheat you..
