मैंने Honda Activa खरीदी है और अभी 1 साल भी पूरा नहीं हुआ, लेकिन इतनी बड़ी समस्या आ गई कि चलती गाड़ी से साइलेंसर निकल गया। यह साफ़ तौर पर manufacturing defect को दिखाता है।
जब मैं service centre गया, तो वहाँ से कोई सही जवाब नहीं मिला। बस रोज़ यही कहते रहे – “आज हो जाएगा, कल हो जाएगा” और इस तरह ग्राहक को बेवकूफ बनाया जा रहा है। न कोई जिम्मेदारी, न कोई proper समाधान।
Customer dealing बेहद खराब है। शिकायत को serious नहीं लिया जाता और बार-बार follow-up करने के बावजूद काम नहीं होता।
👉 मेरा सभी से निवेदन है कि Honda Activa खरीदने से पहले 100 बार सोचें।
👉 Quality में कमी है और after-sales service बहुत ही घटिया है।
Overall Experience: Very Poor
