This is in regards to customer service at Dealer name: SRI SRINIVASA AUTO AGENCY, 577/B,578, ORUGALLU COMPLEX, OPP FOREST OFFICE, SUBEDARI I have faced a very bad experience with customer service, employers were very bad communicator with the customer, try to train your customers how to communicate with customers.
Situation faced :
When it comes to the first service of my bike I have given to the service centre the executives who were working they are not properly communicating with customers, as an employer of service centre should have the proper way of communicating with customers to develop a business. Train your customers to be properly communicated and maintain how to be patience while communicating with the customers.
The customer needs the same communication when he comes to buy the bike and when he comes to the service centre.
Try to make Immediate action and make sure this won't happen again for my next service.
Running a business is not easy, train your employers how to communicate with customers.
