My name is Gunasekaran and my vehicle number is TN52 K 2017(Shine). I had a Engine Noise complaint in my bike i brought from Ramani honda ,Seelanaickenpatti, Salem.Then I informed to your show room at 2nd service on wards. on that of finished my vehicle in 4th service but I still did not get solution(its very new) I was keep asking past 3 servicing duration period. but they said as it is not there here after. so workshop people have stolen.yesterday I got call from your side about your service Excellency.I was informed to them about my complaint .they are said about being the bike tomorrow.we are shortcut the problem.today only they are find that same problem on after 4th services . so kindly do something to get reduce customer dissatisfaction on your services.

My name is Gersone and my vehicle number is TN30 AU 7711 (Trigger). I had a carburetor complaint in my bike i brought from triumph honda to ramani honda Then I changed new carburetor in your show room. on that time my bike reached only 17000 km only. but I still did not get my old carburetor(its very new) I was keep asking past 4 months. but they said as it is not there. so workshop people have stolen. so kindly do something to get my old carburetor.
