I invested 40k amount for my activa vehicle. Spare parts close to 33 and rest of the amount is labor charge. I was looking for cost reduction in labor charges. Any big service center hears the voice of the customer will reduce the labor charge but I never see any proper response from any of the executive here. No proper hospitality and service from the executive who available here. Looks like a big service center but the manager here unable to take any decision on his own. The customer service like this will make the customer not to purchase the Honda vehicle around this dindigul locality.
Sir I am very bad experience in batlakundu showroom. Showroom incharge approch is very bad. Treat the customer not good.
