complaint for service center ,There are two jab card boys one is surendra and other tariq both are very rude and bad behavior, there are no manners how to talk customer, since I perches aviator I service here( since last 5 years) but now I will give other service center due to bad behavior of this two staff,

Staff is irresponsible...and not giving satisfied answer...I purchased activa 5g August 25 2019..they didn't register my activa for RTO...from last 1month...very lazy staff.. nobody gives proper answer.such a worst experience of my life at Shree ji Honda.... I will never recommend any my friend to purchase activa from Shree ji Honda....

I have Purchased Honda C.B. Shine on April 2015, and at the yime of purchase they are committed to provide us all kind of accessaries, but at the time of purchasing they told us that they do not have Side bags, brecjshoe and other accessary, we will provide you with in few days but still today on oct 2015 they didn't provide us anything else. i have visited 10 times in the shree ji honda service center and show room, they always told us we didn't have right now will provede you shortly. the staff are irresponsible.

I have purchased Honda Activa from Shree Ji Honda, Fatehpura, Udaipur on 4th August 2015 with the promise that they will handover the bike with complete accessories. They did not gave us the Seat Cover and complimentary key chains. 7 times we went to the showroom, they let us wait there for more than half an hour and no body attend us. If in case anyone attend us they say that we will give you within a day or 2.

Moreover, they have made it compulsory that the accessories have to be bought by the company only. Many customers who are known to us told us that we have made a big mistake by purchasing bike from Shree Ji Honda as they do not provide us original seat covers and we never got a service call.

The staff is ignorant, irresponsible or unattentive.

Kindly help us and look into the matter.
