Previously I have registered a complaint with you on 30-DEC-2019 vide reference ticket no. 1-85382705553 about not received of my "HIGH SECURITY REGISTRATION PLATE (HSRP)" till today even after passing of more than 60 days purchase of my two wheeler "Honda Activa 5G.
But on 02-Jan-2020 I have received your email that my Concern vide ticket no. 1-85382705553 has been resolved. I have received a telephonic call from "OM HONDA" Berhampur that my "HIGH SECURITY REGISTRATION PLATE (HSRP)"is ready now and they have transferred it to Showroom situated at Parlakhemundi (as I requested to register my vehicle under Gajapati RTO) and I can collect it anytime during working hours.
For your kind information I visited your "OM HONDA" showroom which situated at Parlakhemundi thrice but they said that they have not received my "HIGH SECURITY REGISTRATION PLATE (HSRP)"from "OM HONDA" showroom, Berhampur yet.
Now tell me what kind of customer service is this provided by HONDA company to its customer ???
How many days a customer can wait for "HIGH SECURITY REGISTRATION PLATE (HSRP)" which should deliver immediately with the vehicle as per RTO rules ???
T his is my final email to you I will definitely go to consumer forum about this.
