होपलेस सर्विस , क्लेम डिपार्टमेंट में मेरा लेग गार्ड छूट गया मेरी गलती हुई की मैंने २ महीनेबाद गाड़ी लेते समय गाड़ी बराबर चेक नहीं की , पर ये अपनी गलती मानने को तयार नहीं , कहते है की स्क्रैप में बिक गया आपने पहले चेक क्यों नहीं किया . भाई मेरी गलती तो हुई परन्तु आपकी जिम्मेदारी भी तो बनती है . गाड़ी जब सामान निकाले है फिटिंग करते समय सारा सामान संभालकर रखना और लगाना चाहिए. देखते है मैनेजर साहब क्या करते है .
२२ फरवरी को गाड़ी दिया था ५ मई को गाड़ी उठाया आज २६ मई को बात हुई देखते है .

Worst service. Lack of coordination, technical knowledge, administration. Customer feedback only to a part of hospitality. Nothing is properly organized.

Worst dealership I ever seen, my experience is extremely worst from the purchase of my new vehicle, showroom and workshop people trying to cheat people every single step, I choose the engine no. while purchasing my Activa, sales people registered some other vehicle when complain launch no one is replied, while servicing when 2nd service showing dues workshop people did 3rd service, communication is not happening at any stage, I never suggest this dealership and workshop to anyone.... all are cheater.

Service is worst. They will not even tell you what they have repaired and what was already working. Don't put your vehicle for servicing here. Bas call krke puchte he sir ye parts kharab he new lagana padega. Obviously the customer will not tell no... But they will forget what problem customer had told. And fix something else which was already working fine. AND THAT TOO AFTER CHARGING SO MUCH. puchne jao ko problem fix nhi kia he to simply they will say sorry. That's it. not at all customer oriented staff. They only know how to loot people.

Service ke liye nahi dena apni gadi saale parts chori karte hai gadi se aur kehte hai ki ye part yaha nahi tha aapne hi gira diya hoga chor hai saale saare staff & mechanic useless service staff ka behaviour customer ke saath accha nahi hai gaali dete hai customer ko aur sunte hi nahi ki gadi jiske pass rehti hai usiko pata rehta hai ki gadi kya kam hai aur kya chori kiya hai batao to seedha mana kar dete hai

Your service manager Mr. Titus working at Tajashri Honda Deonagar is the most ridiculous person i ever meet he doesn't know how to maintain a industrial relationship. He keep on avoiding me to help by given assumption for rusting and crack right foot rest of 6- months purchase of Activa 4G.He is unable to answer my quarries how it is crack when there no hitting/bumping/any impact marks on the foot rest. It is clearly visible old crack/flaw on inner male part. I was discussed with manager/sales manager Tajashri Honda Manish Nagar and Mr Titus, but these guise failed to convince me about crack of footrest due to lack of technical knowledge. You should check your staff with this aspect, they should seriously need training of how to deal with the customer please. It not a question of replacement by free of cost or by paying at the cost 250/- it is a question of knowing technically that how it has cracked. In this regard the above said staff to be taken seriously by advice to me on my mail address moresh1957@gmail.com immediately.

This company is replacing customers new bike parts with old defective parts whole scam is running under the knowledge of owner Mr. Bhute and brother. There is lots of customers complaint pending with the same problem and I am one of them. There is no use of checking CCTV footage as cameras are too old and replacement Is done under the controller table.

i have given my bike for servicing 4 times but their negligency my problem was not sort out. they have created many problems with this. they have changed the piston then from silencer there is a leakage of petrol. simply they are saying it is water. it shows that their negligency (how the water come into the engine)
