I have given a bike for repair (accident related) on 11/11/23 at cbc honda Vallakkadavu. Still the bike is not returned and they says that the parts are not available for a 5 months old bike.
The response is very poor and integrity of the manager is at doubt

ഹോണ്ട ഷോ റൂമുകളിൽ വെച്ച് ഏറ്റവും മോശം ആണ്... tp പോലും ആവാതെ വണ്ടി sale ചെയ്യുന്നു.. പേപ്പർ ചെക്ക് ചെയ്തത് കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം ആണ് അറിയാൻ kazhinjathty.. tp ആയില്ല എന്ന് പോലും അവിടെ ഉള്ള ഒരാളും പറഞ്ഞു തന്നില്ല.. വിളിച്ചാൽ ഫോൺ പോലും എടുക്കില്ല

ഇത്രയും മോശമായ സെർവീസിങ് വേറെ ഒരിടത്തുമില്ല. ഇനി ഒരിക്കലും ആരും സെർവീസിങ്ങിന് കൊണ്ട് കൊടുക്കരുതേ അത്രക് cheappaaya സെർവീസിങ് ആണ് ഇവിടുത്തേത്. മാത്രമല്ല സെർവീസിനും ഫിറ്റിങ്‌സിനുമൊക്കെ കൂടിയ റേറ്റാണ് കസ്റ്റമേഴ്സിന്റെന് വാങ്ങുന്നതും. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോട് പറയുകയാ cbc ഹോണ്ടയുടെ പരുത്തിപ്പാറ സെന്ററിലെ സെർവീസിങ് വളരെ മോശമാണ്.
