The only reason one has to visit them coz they are nearby Honda two wheelers dealer,
Only being a Honda Activa dealer is what is keeping them afloat otherwise service is worst....They are so bored and uninterested in their job that it even gets to you......Even if u visit the place, its worse, they have this old dirty b8g mat or something which am sure in a day one person surely gets tripped.....No designation on any counters....u might even be talking to a housekeeping not knowing who that person is😂
Then they told me that in two days they will be repair, But when I went to pick up my Scotty after two days, he said that Scotty has not been repaired yet, it will take two more days .Then I went there again after two days, they refused me again and said that it will take one more week.At least 40km on both sides of the service station from my house, how can I go there everyday I go to duty everyday without Scotty it's very difficult to survive solve this problem as soon as possible
