4 hrs for an Activa 5G servicing. They only change the oil in its 3rd or 4th free service. Claim that neither the water spray or air drying machines are working and send the scooter back with just the oil change.
The Service station floor and maintenance managers need to be sacked or this outlet shut down by Honda as it is giving the Brand a bad name.
To top it when you try to Rate the experience ... It is bloody auto-set on 2 plus.

yes, i also agree there servicing is very poor .All queries they mention on job card but at the time of delivery they will not check all your issue mentioned on job card.only after washing it seems they give you.Very bad service center. There main manager it seems not able to manage . Only passing times there and getting GOOD salary.

Advised not to visit this dealer for any HONDA product they are selling, staff feel the customer is biggest pain from them. Nobody want to see the customer in their showroom. All staff with ZERO respect/ response to the customer. The staff refused to give the feedback form. They obliged the customer by talking to them. They are the BEST example of worst / inefficient customer support.

Please dont buy any product from this dealer. Very bad and slow service. On 10th july i bought cb shine and in the time of buying their commitment was u will get ur rc and num plate with in one month but till now on 17august i did not recieve RC and num plate, if i want to know my rc status they give me next and next date and said ur document still not submitted. before buying i said to submit file in rto by myself but they said after gst u r not eligible to submit file by urself, next day i went to rto for info, they told anyone can submit file no any special person require. No any responsible person in showroom which can commitment for single date for rc. Worst service.
