Yesterday on 04.06.2017 I visited Honda showroom at sector 7 Ramphal Chowk Dwarka for renewal for Insurance in respecpt of Activa 3 G purchased on 06.06.2016. First of all gthey are not aware about exact premium, they calculate Rs.1400/- approx and after that they claim Rs. 1534 + Rs. 100 for service charge. I am not stratified with their dealing they take almost 2 hours that work. After that when I make payment through my debit card they ignore to accept the same asking that their swap machine is not working and Cashier on the cash counter stated that come later on. There was temperature about 47 at that time during 12 noon. I searched for about one hours in 47 Temp. for a ATM. I received cash from the machine and make the payment. Their dealing with a customer is not satisfactory. please look after the complaint. Reply/actino on the matter is soliciated. Regards
