I wanted to buy Activa 125 from Pragnya Honda without any finance however as i visited the showroom with hard cash in my pocket to buy the scooter, i felt as if the showroom representatives do not care about Customer services at all. They are very casual in there approach and did not bother to even spot a genuine customer who is willing to buy the product by cash and is not there for window shopping or to get a quote. I did not cared much about there attitude as i was sure that i need to buy Activa 125. However the Sales person was so indifferent towards my queries and needs that eventually i had to leave the showroom with a very Bad impression about the dealership. I would not recommend anyone to visit them and buy Honda products from them simply because they lack the basics of doing Business. They have forgotten that there salaries are being paid through the income procured by the showroom owner through the product sold at the dealership and from customers like us, who visit there showroom just for the Brand name and trust gained by Honda in the last few years which they are tarnishing

Very very bad service , no customer satisfaction at all. There focus only on making fool of customer and earn money by selling unnecessary product and replace good condition part . I recommend you never opt the series of pragnya honda.

Please dont buy two wheelers from here, worst service here, koi respect nhi h customer ki, honda should blacklist pragnya for there service, please dont buy from here sabse bekar dealer h, maine service advisor ko complaint ki to wo mere upar hass rha tha ki sir chordo jaoo yahan see, so much humiliating
