Staff are very careless .I have given my Activa 125 .on 13/07/22 .staff only say parts not available .they not confirmed date how much time taken.they only say parts aajayega to hum inform kar dege.appox time bhi n bata rahe hai.

Very poor condition of my scooty after servicing. Scooty always stop, after that no matter how much start, Scooty doesn't start at all. I am facing lots of problem. Daily service centre has to be sent to start scooty. Never buy scooty from here.

पिछले कई दिनों से मै अपनी गाड़ी की चेन की समस्या का कोई ठोस समाधान पूछ रहा हूँ पर आप के तरफ से केवल यही बताया जा रहा है की इसका कोई समाधान नहीं है क्या मै अपनी प्यारी गाड़ी shine को बेच दूँ आप यही चाहते है।समस्या है हर दस या पंद्रह किलोमीटर चलने पर चेन ढीली पर जाती है जिससे गियर फसने तथा चेन टक्कराने की आवाज की समस्या उत्तप्पन होती है और हाँ मैं अपनी shine से बहुत प्यार करता हु इसे मैं बेच नहीं सकता कृपया कर मेरी मदद कीजिए।9122048454

I regret to inform u that i have made the biggest mistake in my life to have decided to buy a Aviator & that also from Alankar Honda I decided only on some sales person friends working in the agency expecting to get the best service but i was completely wrong the vehicle was handed over to me with a problem I did not come to know about it as i asked my friend to drive it home as i had my car, as i reached home i detected the problem i informed the sales person the reply igot was sir register ho jane k bad kuch nihe ho sakta hi, any way i new that ihad been traped as to the best om knowledge all vehicle are registered and then delivered leaving your customer with no choice, It takes hours to meet any person in Authority with great difficulty I met a person who is the Service Manager Of Bihar & Jharkhand after keeping my bike for three days and after getting assurance from your Company expertise the the problem was seen to know there will be no problem my bike has landed back to your service center. There are so many Honda show Room close to my house But picking Alankar Honda is the biggest mistake of my life its not even a month of my bike it has been ripped open and is still at your work shop.Pl, do not pledge what you cant practice
