PETROL CHOR.
Stole 10Ltrs. Of petrol and returned the bike putting it in reserve. Didn't even inform me. I found out when i got stranded on the side of the road when reserve tank exhausted it's petrol.
Very Rude and Not Giving a Fc*k kind of staff. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES.

If you want to experience the worst service of you life, Get in touch with Kaytee. Booked Classic 350 in January after the commitment that I'll get the delivery in February But when the time came up. The guy ( named Lovely ) refused, can't deliver due to manufacturing delay. Contacted customer care on social media, sent emails, spoke over the phone then Finally Got the delivery on 4th of March. Was asked by the same guy to make the payment before a week so that I can get the number plate on the same day as delivery. Did the same, made the payment a week earlier. But on the day of delivery again refused to give the number plate due to same vague reasons. And after so many continuous messages calls and emails for MORE THAN 6 MONTHS I got the RC and number plate in the last week of September. Got the worst service ever from Kaytee Automobiles in any sphere of life. Everyone Lovely, Rajan, Pankaj, Swati, Chandan etc do not hesitate to make false promises. Please beware.

My Royal enfield was serviced on 10.06.17 and due to electricity failure and without back-up service your billing section was unable to genrate the bill and the payment was made by me. till date i didnt receive the bill or any call fm yr office.
Please cnfm where is my bill to deposit to our account section.
