I purchased a bike from them in September 2024. Just within a few months (around February 2025), I faced an engine oil leakage issue.
I gave the bike for service, and though they claimed it was fixed, the same issue came back after just 1000 km.
I gave it again, they serviced it, and this time after delivery, the front side started wobbling badly — something that was never there before.
I went back for the third time on 2nd April, and after keeping the bike for a week, they told me it's a tire issue and asked me to pay ₹700–₹900 as depreciation charges to replace it. I don’t understand how a tire issue would just suddenly appear right after their service.
It didn’t feel gradual like a typical tire wear; it was immediate. I strongly suspect they changed something with the wheel during the last service without informing me.
Though I reluctantly agreed to pay and get it fixed, my bike is still not delivered yet. This whole experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and raises a lot of concerns about transparency and service quality. Not at all what I expected from an authorized service center.
But maximum complaint in 3 days.
I'm not satisfied
I negotiated to reduce the price.If they can't do it they can just say that it is not possible but the response was really bad from their end.The way the manager responded to the negotiation was really rude.I got the bike more than 45 days ago.But still didn't get the registration number.Worst service I have ever had.Really disappointed.
