Myself Yuvaraj, I have bought new Suzuki gixxer SF (TN23 CR6001) on 24th May 2020 in your showroom. When I received my bike after 1st service on 30th june , i found the following issues in my bike
1. Two brakes are now very poor.
2. Rear tyre deflates very quickly
3. Noisy sound in front suspension.
4. Issues in gear( sound and tight)
5. Tight movement while riding bike.
6. Bike vibrates even in 70kmph.
7. Gear shifting issue particularly in second & third.
Some of the above issues are already there in before 1st service and even told you about that. If nothing is corrected in the service, then I wondering what you actually did in the servicing. I was believed in your service so I have purchased in your showroom. But Now I very much disappointed for your service. I didn't expected this kind of service from you. I don't know whether your technicians are knowledgeable are not. But Even a local mechanic will do a better service for the bike than what you did. Now I'm feeling badly for purchasing bike from you. I am getting fear to give my bike for the second service to you. I bought this bike with my hard earned money. But these kind of service is unacceptable. Please reply me altleast , can believe in your second service ?
