They say that air filter is not done in first two services.
They will charge you for clothes used for cleaning but they do not use it and will charge you blindly.
I'll not recommend Mar Suzuki for service maintenance.
But after sales service very pathetic....I purchased a Access 125 SE from them.For the first 2 free services i was asked to pay Rs,280 and Rs,354 which i was told that was for oil change which apparently i was falsified in paying and they did not change the engine oil in both the free services.
Apart from that after a month of buying the vehicle i was bombarded with calls from mark suzuki ..atleast thrice in a week asking me for bringing my vehicle for servicing.Many a time I requested the lady not to call but she was adamant.This nuisance and pestering stopped after I had given a formal verbal complaint to Mr.Santosh who i was told is a authorised personal from SUZUKI itself.
On my third free service the person who should be interested in servicing the vehicle was rather interested in selling me package for Teflon coating for my vehicle.(AND THIS HAD HAPPENED AT THE TIME OF LAST 2 SERVICES ALSO WHICH I HAD POLITELY DECLINED) but then too an attempt for UPSELLING was done on my third visit.I was hesitant and did not give my vehicle for service instead opted to pay soem one else and had my vehicle serviced in front of my eyes.
To my astonishment when the local mechanic opened the valve to drain out the old engine oil the oil that cam out from the engine was not more than 25ml in quantity.(WHEREIN IT WAS CLAIMED BY THE SERVICING PEOPLE THAT THEY HAD CHANGED THE OIL ON BOTH THE INSTANCE OF FREE SERVICING).When the local mechanic opened the air filter it was chocked and it seems that it was not cleaned in both the services.This explained that i had been cheated on both the instances.I would rather not recommend MARK SUZUKI to any person henceforth.AFTER SALES SERVICE IS REALLY NOT GOOD........
I CAN SEE THERE ARE MANY LOW RATINGS FOR THEM...THEY REALLY DESERVE THIS.....
U PEOPLE ARE NOT GOOD IN AFTER SALES SERVICE...PATHETIC.
