i have puchased suzuki acess at kannur. in my vechicle in 7 th service i see a complaint ie filter box broken i consult your service authority at payyanur and they charged 835.64 as the cost of filter assy air cleaner and labour carge 401.10 but they charged vat 14.5% and service tax 12.36% see our bill no13JS03297 THIS AGAINST THE LAW LABOUR CHARGE IS NOT INCLUDED IN VAT AND SEVICE TAX .PLEASE REFUND EXCESS AMOUNT RECOVERED FROM ME MY CONTACT NO IS 9400305622
