Very bad customers &service

I admit my Scooter Access 125 Regn Number KL31G8745 at Charummoodu service centre on or before 3 months ago. But no responce and reply from their side till today. We suffering very cretic problem and loss my job due to late report to duty due to this problem. So I request to the management of show room to take earliest action to safe delivery of my scooter at the earliest.

Today I brought Access 125 from your show room at Alappuzha, this is the fourth vehicle ,Iam buying in my life , what made me so unpleasant was the management doesn't have any cordial relation ship with the customer,of course the floor people,poor they are doing the best, when a customer buy a vehicle what i found was so far was the sales manager used to give a compliment whether it is of 100rs sweets doesn't matter or a diary whatever it may be, instead these people are giving the key to the poor service people and they are handing over to the customer as if in a service,so pity
