I've purchased Suzuki burgman on 11 may 2024 since then in every service there atleast one part which seems to be faulty and had to be changed and also for each part they change or even cleaning each part of the vehicle they are gonna charge you 300-350 as labour charges i.e. if your vehicle had to change 4 parts they are gonna charge you (350x4) 1400 as labour + parts cost

I had purchased scooty from your showroom. And the sales person had said that will give a helmet with the scooty. But haven't got the helmet yet. I have called many times and asked, it is always said that the helmet has not arrived yet.

I purchased an Access 125 scooty from here and now its 3 months i have not got the Number plates of the scooty which the dealer "A ONE SUZUKI" should provide to me and earlier while i purchased the scooty i did not get the temporary registration receipt also which the agency should provide to me. The Director of this agency does not know how to deal with the customers, i asked from him regarding the temporary registration receipt and the number plates then at that time he became angry to me and shouting on me even in the conversation he involves the family also of the customer. And if u r going to purchase a vehicle from here on cash then "Be Aware " because this agency will give u only a manually cash receipt of amount what u have actually paid and with this they will give u a computerised invoice of the ex showroom price including CGST and SGST, I asked about this matter from the Suzuki customer support so they are saying to me that the dealer should mention all the necessary information in invoice like ex showroom price , registration charge , insurance etc. But in my case the dealer did not mention. So be aware while purchasing any vehicle from this agency.

We are service our bike SUZUKI GIXXER few times in your service center but we have not received good service.so many problems we have facing in your service. Firstly not proper washable , local engine oil use , not check the bike problems . Very bad service
