EVEN POOR WOULD BE A BETTER WORD THAN PATHETIC
A GROUP OF SCAMMERS , WHICH IS LED BY MR. MUKUL SHARMA , HE JUST SITS AND WATCH HIS EMPLOYEES SUGARCOATING PEOPLE FOR BUYING THE VEHICLE, THAT IS IT AND THEN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN HE'S MADE REALISED OF THAT HE GETS RUDE TO YOU AND SAYS "DON'T TELL ME MY JOB " , really this wasn't Suzuki at all,I bought a Scooty 2 weeks ago and they are just delaying it's registration by giving excuses day by day. Chor hai ek no. K , sirf fraud karna jante hai new scooty ka payment lekar purani scooty dedi and sare aam bolre hai ki jo hota hai krlo proof to lekar aaoo , inka owner Mukul wo in choro ka head hai is showroom ko band karna hoga police complaint to kruga hi par also I will curse them soon they will get hell for their fraud with innocent people

Don't buy from this showroom, u will regret in future for servicing related issues. The service centre is located at the basement of the showroom, where, the behaviour of the staff is not satisfactory at all. Today was my third visit to the service centre and the staff was not able to resolve my issue instead they were busy in verbal arguments between themselves. They don't have any commitments on timely delivery of your vehicle when you give for servicing. Regarding the suzuki access 125, i have been riding for two years and i find it one of the best two wheelers. I will recommend you to buy but not from this place until they teach their staff how to deal with their customers.

After sale service is third class. Staff is also so lazy they forget all the commitment after salling the vehicle. I suggest not to buy any vehicle from this showroom (Dwarka Suzuki, Mahavir Enclave, Part 1, Palam Sabri Road, ND 45,)

Pathetic service and diasapointing staff. Kept vehicle under diagnosis and did not cleaned with a cloth during delivery. Contact person says we treat our customers like this during complaint work.
