I came back to india to resume my unfulfilled desire of touring india on my new bike so asked the showroom staff to help me while booking my bike at the service center.
Got no assistance whatsoever from the staff.OK I had to forego my Three free services because I was not in india but the response I got was not even lukewarm.
I moved out of the showroom to give sometime to the staff. They must have talked within themselves.
I came back to showroom and asked for Mr.Kohli's contact.
I was then taken to Sonu Sharma.
I told him that without full insurance coverage I'll not go to road and donot endorse what the staff said that your Third party is valid till 2025.
I only wanted kay dee bajaj to provide the coverage they had provided me in 2020 and the staff told me that it is impossible.
Sonu Sharma heard everything attentively to comprehend. Then first started to look into backup internal records systematically without success. But somehow got the name of New India Assurance.
Further he contacted NIAssurance and told that he wants to find out the policy number of a vehicle having engine number xyz for his grandfather's mobike.

I will do the normal Service in before four days but our chain cover sound is very high. I am very sad for Rating .
In future i am not take the Bajaj Bike and not do the services in Kay dee bajaj service centre. Very very poor service Normal service charges:- Rs 1649/- rupee
No solutions to the problem. No trained engineers for products. They don't know what issue came in product. They just know to take hard earned money. Problems in product just in 6 months of new purchase of Avenger and no body in the showroom knows how they can be resolved.
