I had bought a chetak EV vehicle from

One of the information given while buying the vehicle was that they did not communicate properly about the delivery and delivered it late. Then they said that the warranty period is five years, and instead of three years, they gave false communication. They did not deliver the vehicle properly. Then I went and asked, "No sir, sorry, there was a communication mistake. I came and delivered the vehicle quickly," and they delivered the vehicle. Then, after taking the first service, the vehicle was on March 3, 2026. They had stated that it was delivered on the march 04 2026 . I had told you when I delivered the bike, I had told you when I gave the service. They even took two days. I should not come back to the service station. They said to call me after finishing the work. But I did not make the service person not call me and waited until I went and asked, sir, I will take the bike and deliver it. They said that and replied carelessly. Besides, when I asked why did you make a call, sir, it was a mistake, we were busy with other work. That's what they said. They are the ones who are the worst, SwarnambigaiBajaj. I have now registered a complaint about this.
