Subject: Vibration on back wheel when speed is more than 50
We have bought chetak 3501 electric scooter on 27.4.2025 from Ram auto Dindigul. We paid full amount on time and we asked to deliver the scooty on Monday but they delivered me on Wednesday without registration and they ask me to come on Friday for registration first itself delay. But we are facing issues if the speed is more than 50 then there is vibration in the back wheel. After 500 kms crossing in odometer they intimate me to service after service also this issue is not resolved. Also we are not getting proper guidance tech pack also.Tech pack also not working properly.After so many complaints only they solved the tech pack issue.
kindly please resolve the issue as soon possible.Below I attached invoice bill and I attached the video for Vibration on back wheel when speed is more than 50.
