Good evening sir very very worst service center. fully extra charges added am I change clutch cable amount (103.91+gst) but clutch cable replacement service charges (160+gst).
Anathor complain general services (450+gst) in this okay
But general services no boult tite no stand lubricate.didnt proper washing.all consumable charges and replacement charges collected but additional services charges also collected.what this..?????

Worst.. Irresponsible, Rude.... Please don't ever go here and make your life difficult.........

In my experience i have not faced such a worst, irresponsible and Rude Behavioral Service center. From the day one am facing issue.

* Promised accessories has not been Provided.

* Had Complaint in my Vehicle, i face very abnormal vibration in handle bar and foot base. First when i complained about no body agrees with the same.

* After writing mail to Yamaha, the same engineer who said no vibration has agreed that vibration are there will arrest it. When the vehicle for 2 time for 15 days. Post service also same issue there. I lost my patience and started living with vibrations as my fate

By accepting all above problems

* Today they went to next level, where invoice is prepared and i paid my bill and given the gate pass to security and came to know that the vehicle service has not been finished yet.

I would strongly recommend everyone please please please don't go to this service station and may you life difficult.

Please dont go here. They dont have enough knowledge to service our bike. I think they are learning with our bike. I gave my bike to them for changing the valve. But they took 29 days to deliver my bike(In between they delivered my bike without solving the problem in 22nd day and again i gave to them). They changed two camshafts and charged for both camshafts. Its their responsible but how they can charge me for both instead of one. Not only me, I saw many body came there for improper service and some fight with them. So be careful. Do service at your own risk.

I had Really Worst Experience With Yamaha Service Center. I gave My Bike to CAG Yamaha Service Center, coimbatore for Replacing New Valve in my bike at Dec-12-2017. After Replacing the valve Service Engineer Asked me to Replace the Camshaft as it was worned and he asks me to Purchase Camshaft from outside as they don't had in stock at that time. So i Bought and gave it to them. After 10Days they delivered my bike to me and said that my Engine Problem was Solved. But i am not satisfied as Engine had some noise, so again i clarified my problem to them then they kept my bike for 3 more days and they said there's problem with the my given camshaft so they replaced new one and now the problem is solved. But they charged Rs900 for their New Camshaft. when I asked about my previous camshaft, they said we can't do anything on this. the seller also refused to replace the camshaft which i bought in 10days Before. what shall i do with that Camshaft??? If the Service Engineer told this problem when i given to them i can easily replace it with seller. But Now i can't able to replace it because of service Engineer. I Hate this type of service From YAMAHA Service Center. Not only that they 29 days to change new valve. Not expected this from yamaha service. Iwill Never Come back to Yamaha Service Center here after. If i had a problem with my bike means i will service it in with Local work Shop. Thank You For Your Wonderful Service.

Friends don't prefer this showroom to buy your dream bike.. Very very worst showroom in coimbatore. i purchased a new bike (BS4) April'17 and paid full amount.till now they are not get approve from the RTO. and also talking very rude. very poor in customer service.
