I guess a bunch of fools are working as executives. The bike was delivered without completing any RTO formalities and I was asked to bring back the bike for doing this. Even the sales person who was in charge of the showroom didn't have any idea about the status of registration or delivery
Initial customer serivice was average but main issue why Im rating least is because of worst thing they have done to me on 2nd july 2019 tuesday a week before I got bike delivered MT 15 from them. Then reached home i noticed oil leak i though it would be break oil as usual as other new bike and I ignored it. But it was a issue with the bike it was kept on leaking i did nit notice because where i park in home bike was a dim area and its not noticeable. They i went i noticed it was repeatedly leaking. So on 12th july friday i went to them told about the issue that it was leaking from the 1st day they checked and told it wont happen again i was little upset but was okay. Then same thing happened agin i called them they told it may take come on monday thats 15th today now they are telling its part issue which has to be changed. Shit it may be manufacturing defect but what they told they have to order the part i have to wait untill my next service. Its so frustrated and sad buying a fav bike worth of 1620000 and not able to see smile from my face even for 10days. I have travel from velachery... You know i skipped raj yemaha velachery omr shanthi motors balaji nagar and bought this bike from medavakam for fast delivery. I should have chose raj yemaha any issues i can reach them easily. Now i have go to medavakam for all issues.. Im badge holder reviewer i have never given any bad reviews like this.
