Better look for any other dealers. They will just sell the product but post that the ever worst service you can get from here. Left my new fascino bought on 15/11/2023 drove 75 kms for service. Almost after 16 days, brought it back without any complaints resolved. The best part that the bike was new and just 30 days old. With recent flood it got water till the footmat only. Not even the silencer merged. They didn't tried any to resolve. Finally asked to just give back with same condition. Even then they not ready to try any. Im a IT guy and after home in an hour able to troubleshoot and fixed the issue. Its just a matter of fuse. You guys can think of their levels of expertise. Still if anyone would like to continue with them the service... even god can't help you. Think wisely before make a move. 


Oh yeah forgot to tell about 2 more.. they are best in removing screws and won't fix back. Seems yamaha unwanntely added more. Also by looking the image of the guard..don't think its broken its just a design by shanthi motors. Do have more to write but not worth any. You know in the past 6 months i bought 2 bikes and with my references 2 more bikes bought from here. Feel ashamed of business with them.

Very worst service. I ever faced this type Irresponsible service management from Yamaha. I gave my two wheeler yamaha fascino scooter today (25th Sep'20)morning at 9.30am for general service. They broke my odometer and simply saying that they are not responsible for this and they are asking charges for replacement. Odometer does not have any issues and it was working fine today morning when I handover for general service. They are not providing proper explanation for ladies. Keep on blaming me if the mistake is theirs.

They didn't checked and didn't done the test drive after the service. They handover my scooter directly after the service payment. Then I found my odometer is not working, shows only zero. Within 5mins I reached the service center again to enquire about the issue. They were keep on blaming me ' it's your fault you have done something so that it is not working'. They didn't gave any proper explanation and didn't even respecting ladies.

Irresponsible management.
