We booked Yamaha FZS version 3.0 bike on October 14th(Monday) 2019 at Paras Yamaha showroom in Thousand lights. It was really a *worst* *experience* that we felt with the Yamaha sales team as they guaranteed us, like they will deliver the bike with Registration on Tuesday( October 22nd 2019 ) or otherwise without registeration,the delivery is expected to be on Saturday ( October 19th 2019). By trusting the sales team words , we paid for additional fittings on the day of booking and with full excitement and exceptations we decided to own the bike without registeration on Saturday( October 19th 2019). But we really *disappointed* with the delivery team as they not even fitted the additional fittings for which we had paid earlier and we told them that we will take the bike with both insurance and additional fittings on Tuesday (October 22nd 2019). As of asking them now, the team was procastinating the delivery day to Wednesday and mentioning Some sort of irregular reasons like RTO Server issues and delay on shriram insurance payment,as it will takes time. If there is zero rating, I would sure rate it to zero..really had a *worst experience* with the sales person Mr.Appan raj and total sales team, as he not even taken any proper initiative in delivering the bike and he given fake promises to the customer.
*Totally pissed off with PARAS YAMAHA!!!*
