I admitted my scooty for serving of its failure to start.the service centre reported me that start failure is due to motor problem so I consented to change the motor with new one but after when I fetch my scooty I did not find my own motor.they have taken and sell some where.Any old part that have been removed from s scooty or bike should be returned to the owner after servicing.

I gave my Yamaha fz 250 for servicing on 21-sep-2017 that also paid service not free it cost me 900 Rs instead of getting my bike fixed now their is a problem with my chain .....Just this Yamaha shillong service is very poor ..... So sorry to say that I still have my free and paid service but I rather go to a local machanic. Ill take the risk ,buying a 1lakh bike with that kind of service is pathetic.....I will write this issue to Yamaha india...
Hi this is my disgusting thing I face by buying Yamaha scooty everyone told me not to buy Yamaha but don't know it's real face after I buy Yamaha scooty I saw all thugs n lier became I when I buy my scooty I pay full amount at 1 time only but after buy til now I didn't get my toolkit full many things missing plus I didn't get my key number til now and main thing there service what to say when I went for 1st services they have taken money for Mobil oil but they didn't change but they have taken money by saying they have changed the oil in my scooty and anther when I complain also they didn't take any action on that a matter became same incident happened with my friend they thug him also and 2nd time when I went to change my scooty part just recently the way staff talking it's disgusting neither theye know how to talk with customers it's to much and there attitude what to say.Better to repair my scooty out side on only but not in service
