Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been availing services for my scooter from the YATI Yamaha Service Centre for the past year. However, I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided. Today, on 25th December 2024, the service experience crossed all limits of negligence and unprofessionalism.
Here are the issues I faced during my visit:
1. **Loose Parts Not Fixed**: Despite reporting loose parts, they were left unattended.
2. **Horn Stopped Working**: The horn, which was functional before, stopped working after the service.
3. **Passing Indicator Issue Ignored**: The passing indicator problem was already reported, but I was told it couldn't be fixed today and that I should come back tomorrow.
4. **Brake Shoe Replacement Done Incorrectly**: Even after replacing the brake shoe, the brakes are not functioning properly. When I raised this issue, I was asked to revisit tomorrow.
This was my last service at YATI Yamaha Service Centre. In my opinion, their service quality is worse than that of local vendors. My recommendation to others is to think twice before visiting this service centre. Such service centres should be shut down for their sheer incompetence.
