tn64w5958 pulsar 125 என்ற வாகனத்தை தங்களிடம் சர்வீஸ் நேற்று மாலை 5 மணி அளவில் கொடுத்துள்ளேன் இன்று 5 மணி அளவில் டெலிவரி எடுத்துள்ளேன் இப்பொழுது என்ன கம்ளைன் என்றால் நான் ஒரு தனியார் கம்பெனி மெக்கானிக் நான் அதில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ள விஷயம் என்னவென்றால் பின்னாடி வீல் ஓவராக அலசுது ஏர் ஃபில்டர் மாற்ற வேண்டும் ஸ்பார்க் பிளக் மாற்ற வேண்டும் இன்ஜின் ஆயில் மாற்ற வேண்டும் அது போக ஜெனரல் சர்வீஸ் பார்க்க வேண்டும் கிளட்ச் கேபிள் மற்றும் ஆக்சிலேட்டர் கேபிள் மாற்ற வேண்டும் இதுதான் நான் கூறப்பட்டுள்ள விஷயம் வாட்டர் வாஷ் செய்ய வேண்டும் பாலிஷ் செய்யக்கூடாது என்று கூறி இருந்தேன் இதில் அவர்கள் நான் சொன்ன மெயின் புகார் சுத்தமாக பார்க்கவில்லை சைடு ஸ்டாண்ட் ஆயில் போடவில்லை இன்னும் ஏராளமான கம்ப்ளைன்ட் அவர்கள் பார்க்கவில்லை எனக்கு பணம் வேஸ்டான தான் மிச்சம்

I plan to purchase pulsar bike and I went to RK Bajaj ,Bye Pass Road, Madurai. I paid Rs 5000 for advance booking. After that worst behaviour of showroom manager and enployess I have changed my mind.. and cancelled my booking.when I requested to refund my advance amount from Manager.. The Manager rudely answered that cash refundable.. still I am get my advance amount.

R.K bajaj bye pass dealers only focus on money, they don't care about customer service and customer satisfaction, today i experienced this bad behaviour in this showroom,i am a customer not a Bagger too hurting after receiving money,i never suggest to anyone purchase bike from R.K bajaj dealer

Today i purchase(full cash) platina h gear bike in R.K.bajaj showroom,bye pass road, madurai branch, after receiving money customer executive don't care about my queries and billing,they move on some other work, it's too hurting,they giving lot of fake promises.it's my first experience worst experience,here after i never suggest any one to buy bike in R.K.bajaj.
I trusted too much in R.K bajaj showroom but today experience i felt R.K bajaj it's not a Honor dealer,they only focus money, not customer satisfaction. Don't give a fake promises to customer because we trust your honesty
