Wastage of time

I purchase my bike pulsar 220 BS VI from Malhotra Agency Mandi PO Gutkar . Am doing this service in March 2023 in its branch Agencies located at Sarkaghat .after giving spares amount approx 6500 its half fault not solve till date,am also contact with Malhotra Agency but no satisfactory response will be given . Its leakage not gone after giving this excess amount,only 200 rupees packing will not available in Agency and I change its oil two times because leakage his heavy without proper packing. So please not prefer this bike firstly gone showroom and ask proper spares part because it's not like a Delhi capital all this purchase easily. My bike is stand after this service
