Very bad after sale service.. Its being 6 months i have not received the RC book for my vehicle... There is no help from Branch manager Miss. Pallavi... When contacted her i got the reply as i should visit the RTO office in Thane to check the status.. If customer needs to visit and check for thr RC book than why the hell the dealer are up to... My two friend and neighbor were about to buy a bike and initially i thought of recommending apex motors but now i will not at all recommend them to get any thing from this showroom infact i am gonna socialise this in media.. Just wait and watch..
