Had been to arasu porur for TVS wego general service and indicator, horn complaint.
Unacceptable delivery timelines : I had given the scooter for service on 17.dec morning 10 . The service advisor shared an estimated delivery date for 19.dec 2 pm.
3 days for service and to attend to complaints for a scooter is absolutely unacceptable, a car which is more complicated gets delivered in few hours.
Bloating service charges : The general service charge ranges from inr 600 to 700 or at the max 1000. To bloat the costs i was added with clutch overall - inr 226 and break shoe cleaning - inr 240. I am not sure these were really done
Overall i ended up paying inr 2118.
Complacent customer service : the lady who attends to service calls is absolutely no good for customer services. Very laid back attitude.
Lack of customer delight in the service advisors , its like the moment you enter they warn you the service is going to take lot of time better dont give for service.
