When I pointed this out to the staff, there was no proper acknowledgment or apology, and they tried to brush it off as “already there” instead of taking responsibility. As a customer, this is unacceptable because a branded service center is expected to protect the vehicle’s condition, not return it with additional damage.
I always maintain my scooter carefully, so seeing fresh scratches on the panels and body after service was very frustrating and felt like a complete lack of respect for the customer’s property. There was no proactive solution offered, no assurance of corrective action, and no seriousness in addressing my concern.
This experience has seriously shaken my trust in Ramkay TVS, and I would strongly advise anyone leaving their vehicle here to thoroughly inspect the body before and after service, take photos, and clearly note the condition on the job card. I will be reconsidering using this service center in the future unless they improve their handling practices and accountability toward customer vehicles.

Full of mosquitos at the customer waiting area which cause disease to health.
Due to all kind of these things i am suffered by mental stress.
