The commitment made with me after advance payment was far beyond what practical was done with me.I personally recommend every one nit to buy anything from Farooq dar as this person changes his language and commitment.he is not a good person .only money drager.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the experience I recently had at your dealership. I recently purchased a [bike] from your establishment, and I must say that my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Moreover, the level of customer service throughout the entire process was far below what I expected. The salesperson who eventually attended to me seemed disinterested and lacked the knowledge required to answer my questions adequately. I had to continuously repeat my concerns and requests, which resulted in unnecessary delays and frustration.

Furthermore, the condition of the vehicle upon delivery was far from satisfactory. Despite being assured that the car would be thoroughly inspected before handover, I discovered several noticeable scratches and dents that were not present during the initial viewing. It was disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
I strongly believe that your dealership has failed to fulfill its obligations to provide quality customer service and a reliable product. I urge you to take immediate action to address my concerns. I expect a timely response and a plan of action to rectify the issues with my vehicle and ensure that such deficiencies are not repeated in the future.

If my concerns are not adequately addressed within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further by seeking legal advice and lodging a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities.

I sincerely hope that we can resolve this matter amicably and restore my faith in your dealership. I look forward to hearing from you promptly.
