Very very poor service from showroom staff. They are not customer service centric at all. I had booked a NTORQ Matte red colour on 15.09.2018 by paying Rs.4200 advance with a confirmation to take delivery on 20.09.18. Even I informed Henry on 18.09.18 for reconfirmation and he asked me to pay the NEFT 1 day before. I even did the same, sent NEFT of Rs.70000 on 19.09.18. While I came to take delivery of Scooter I discovered the seat cover was not there whereas I had paid for full accessories. I had been told to get it by tommorrow while I will come to collect Insurance paper. I got confirmed again from Henry over whatsapp and went on 22.09.18 to collect the same. Henry was not there at Showroom, when I enquired the same from the lady staff available without listening my words she starts shouting " why are asking me? Had I called you to come and and collect. Ask Henry if he had confirmed you. Then lot of drama were there and finally I bought a seat cover and make it fitted same day. Very very poor customer service and also attitude of staff are very rude and adamment. They are very polite till you make the payment, after that their real colour starts glowing.

Very poor response by staff of Ahinsha TVS when called on phone. Shri Hanery was not willing to talk and reply. Was rude and was adment . He was not atall will to reply to any inquiry of customer. This all brings bad Name to TVS and AHINSHA . Look into matter. Else remove your number from inquiry site its suggestion.

I bought a TVS Jupiter on 29.01.2018, and today that is 6.03.2018 I went to this Ahinsa, Adchini to collect my no. Plates although, i did"t received any update regarding my no. Plates till now. Infact i called 1 week earlier to ask whether my no. Plates are ready or not. And when today i went there to collect my no. plates some guy there named ABHISHEK sitting on the front desk said i need to come again tomorrow so that they can collect my no. plates from back office. When i told that i already had a word 1 week back then he asked some other guy whether he is interested to take out plates, when i saw there expression then i told them please give me my plates i"ll fix them by my own. And suddenly my no. plates came out from the very same floor below there stairs.
It is very shameful that a senior is asking a chai waala type looking boy whether he is interested to work or not. And the worst part is i have my no. Plates in my scooty"s, but not applied.
I am really very annoyed with services that i got from TVS. This was my 1st vehicle from TVS and also LAST. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy a cycle from your Ahinsa Showroom, Adchini.
Call me if you want to get corrected.
