Even though the Diavel looks like a sports bike from first look, it's in reality a performance oriented power cruiser from the clan of Ducati's ultimate power cruisers. Powered by a massive engine and sporty race inspired look that's been adopted from Ducatis spotsbike lineups, the Diavel look like and feel like its been made to blur the line between cruisers and sportbikes.

The Diavel has a monstrous 1198.4cc, Testastretta 11, L-Twin cylinder, 4 valve, Desmodromic, liquid cooled engine. The ultimate engine churns out a peak power maximum of 119 kW @ 9,500 rpm and a peak torque maximum of 127.5 Nm @ 8,000 rpm. The gigantic engine is matted to a 6 speed transmission gear box.
Chassis, Suspension & Braking
The chassis system is a Tubular steel Trellis frame. The suspension work is done with marzocchi 50mm fully adjustable usd forks at the front and a Progressive linkage with fully adjustable Sachs monoshock with Remote spring preload adjustment at the rear. The braking system of the Ducati Diavel comes with radially mounted Monobloc Brembo callipers, 4-piston with ABS at the front and a 2-piston floating calliper with ABS at the rear. The bike comes with an overall weight of 239 kg.
