An unprofessional workshop with untrained staff that may steal spare parts from your car. It’s best you stay away from the thieves and opt for a cheaper car from a mass brand. Rajarshi Miles has kept my brand new car in the workshop for over a month and still has no clue what’s wrong with it. If you are here to research wether you should buy a car from Rajarshi Miles. Please please please read this comment before making the decision. I have fallen prey to their malpractice and it doesn’t seem clear so as to when will my car be fixed or delivered. Least to say if it will ever be normal or if the spares have been adjusted in other cars. Writing this out of sheer frustration as I had never imagined I can fall victim to a dealership abuse. But I guess it’s possible to anyone. Hope my comment helps you make the right choice and I am able to save you from their unprofessional service.
