I purchased a TVS RTR 160 DD from your authorized dealer in Varanasi ( UTTAR PRADESH) Named as Banaras Auto Traders Sigra Varanasi, on 16-10-2018 and for my last service due on the bike I went there with appointment yesterday evening, they only opened chain cover cleaned my bikes chain, lubricated that ( With used engine oil) ,and cleaned air filter of the bike then handed over to me without washing it. I think you should have to close your this type of service centres. I am totally disappointed with your service, while giving for service I told them to check handle if ball racer is damage change that, they told me that ball racer is damaged but not in our stock, I told them to replace brake pads they told me that brake pads are not in our stock , I told them to check fuel level indicator it was not showing full if tank is full they told me that not in stock .Why you opened this type of service centres if an authorised service centre these things are not available.
