As soon as you make the payment they act like they don't know you. Delayed delivery. Worst after sale service. I called to enquire about delivery of my bike and response I got was "him aapke ghr nhi aae the khne ki hum se bike lo". After one year I went their 5 times and called unlimited times to get my bike insurance renewed. But every time I got same response that "ma'am nhi he". Ultimately my bike insurance got expired and now I will not get any ncb and I have to pay from my pocket to get bike inspected. TVs should take action and close this agency because they are spoiling the image of TVs.
I bough a new scooty from Chaudhary TVS and I am continous followup with TVS concerned team from last one year but still not getting Nuber plate for my TVS Jupiter.Department will charge rs 123 for Number plate and whereas TVS will charge mote than 500/-.
